How are we helping RideON Canada drivers

Safety is our top priority. We care deeply about the safety of RideON Canada drivers and are grateful for everything you are doing to help support our communities during this time.

How are we helping RideON Canada riders

You can help protect yourself and others when you ride, and there are a few things you can do to help stay safe like

Step we are taking for ensuring Safety

RideOn Canada requires both drivers and riders to wear face coverings for every ride. Put your mask on before you get in the car and wear it for the whole ride. Remember to sanitize your hands after putting on, touching, or taking off your face covering.

When possible, open the windows during your ride. This helps to increase the fresh air circulation in the car.

You can now have a max of two riders in RideOn Canada rides to ensure social distancing.

Put some distance between yourself and your driver. There are also small changes you can make to reduce contact and help protect others: handling your own luggage, bringing your own water, and not requesting a phone charger.

Before you head out for your ride, think about what to have on hand (like sanitizer and a mask). Sanitize your hands before touching anything in the car.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes door frames and handles, windows, seat belt buckles, the steering wheel, the gearshift, signaling levers, and other vehicle parts. If surfaces are dirty, clean them with detergent or soap and water before you disinfect.

If you think you have the virus, staying home is the best way to help contain it and protect other people.
